What is your cancellation fee?

Notice of at least one month is required for there to be no cancellation fee. A 50% charge will apply for any cancellations with less than one-month notice.

Any cancellation within one week of your booked event date will require 100% charge.

Note that if any cancellation is due to COVID-19 (illness or restrictions), there will be no cancellation or rescheduling fee as your booking is valid for 24 months and can be changed any time.

Please note that If we have sent you an invoice then we have been notified by you via email or over the phone that you are wanting to book our venue.

To cancel a booking we must receive an email with subject “CANCELLATION” and either be notified over the phone as well or you will have received confirmation that we have received your cancellation.
